Black Market Arms LLC Return Policy

RETURNS

If an item is returned to sender due to the customer entering an incorrect or invalid ship-to address, shipping will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for us to send it back out. If you choose not to pay the new shipping charge, restocking fees will be applied to your refund.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (obtained from Black Market Arms LLC upon request). All returned merchandise must also include a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice and is subject to a 20% restocking fee with shipping, return shipping and fees being nonrefundable. Items are not eligible for return if they are used, altered, or not in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories.

Black Market Arms LLC does NOT accept returns on non-defective products under any circumstance.

Note that we do occasionally have incorrect data in our product information. If this is the case, and you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label and will issue a full refund once the merchandise has been received and inspected. If the item is a firearm, it is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect it completely for discrepancies prior to accepting the transfer and taking possession.

We cannot guarantee replacements for incorrect items. If a return is necessary due to a Black Market Arms, LLC error, then we will provide a return shipping label.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Black Market Arms LLC ships all items exactly as they are received from the manufacturer; most items are covered under a manufacturer provided warranty. If the merchandise that is received is defective out of the box, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If there is any issue with the original manufacturer, you may contact us, and we will try to assist in any way possible to reach a resolution. If the product is missing parts or pieces, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. We are not a warranty station for service or replacement. Warranty repairs should be shipped to the manufacturer or their authorized service center.

FIREARMS

When you purchase a firearm or firearm receiver components from Black Market Arms, LLC you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, then you will be subject to restocking fees. We will make no exceptions to this rule.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if not fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. If a defect is discovered after the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.

ACCESSORY RETURNS

Black Market Arms LLC does NOT accept returns on accessories unless we have grossly misrepresented the item or sent the wrong item. Many accessories have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues post installation.
All Ammunition Sales / Ammo Components are Final and Non-Returnable.
All sales on any “used/as is” products are final and non-returnable.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 Business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS upon receiving payment & verified FFL information. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your items ship. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Boxes and envelopes are delivered with your regular mail usually within 7 to 10 business days.

When you purchase a firearm from Black Market Arms, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). You further agree to a 20% restocking fee for all cancelled orders (for ANY reason) particularly for those cancelled because you do not want to ship to an FFL dealer. If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NCIS background check has been denied, then the customer will be responsible for return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy

If you encounter any problems with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service staff.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouses or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Black Market Arms LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Black Market Arms LLC uses stock photos for listings. Styles, accessories, and specifications vary and are subject to change without notice from the manufacturer. (EX. magazine count, cleaning kits, locks, etc) Please refer to manufacturer’s website for specifications. These changes do not constitute an approval for return.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition must be shipped to a physical address. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

Shipping Information

Shipping is as quoted in checkout on the LOWER 48 states where legal.

Some Items shipping from HI or AK may incur additional shipping charges of 40.00.

We do not ship AMMO to AK or HI.

We do not ship to the 5 boroughs of NYC.

Please have your FFL dealer email us a copy of their FFL to customerservice@blackmarketarms.com if you have purchased a firearm. We cannot ship your firearm until we have this document emailed to us. Thank you.

Buying a Firearm Online is Easy!

We only need 2 things:

  1. Payment for the item and
  2. A copy of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from a licensed dealer in your state. We cannot ship a gun direct to you, we do ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have one.
