SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA

Due to recent changes in California law (including AB 1263 and related legislation) that impose significant new requirements on the sale, transfer, and shipping of firearms, firearm parts, accessories, and related products to California residents, we will no longer accept or fulfill orders directly for California customers effective immediately. All items shipping to California must ship to an FFL, subject to standard verification and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. All orders with a California shipping address will be canceled and refunded unless the specified criteria is met.

TRANSFER REQUIREMENT:

All items shipping to CA must be shipped to a valid FFL holder for transfer, even for exempt customers. Direct shipments to non-FFL addresses in California are prohibited, regardless of the product purchased.

PROCESSING FEE FOR CALIFORNIA ORDERS: Any order placed from an eligible California customer will incur a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee to cover administrative costs and will be requested of the customer prior to processing their order.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and recommend California customers consult local FFL dealers or legal counsel for alternatives. • Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is recommended that every used firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 Business days using UPS, FedEx or USPS upon receiving payment & verified FFL information. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your items ship. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Boxes and envelopes are delivered with your regular mail usually within 7 to 10 business days.

RETURNS  

If an item is returned to sender due to the customer entering an incorrect or invalid ship-to address or not verifying the receiving FFL can do the transfer, shipping will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for us to send it back out. If you choose not to pay the new shipping charge, restocking fees will be applied to your refund.  

30 DAY RETURN POLICY  

NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (obtained from Black Market Arms LLC upon request). All returned merchandise must also include a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice and is subject to a 20% restocking fee with shipping, return shipping and fees being nonrefundable. Items are not eligible for return if they are used, altered, or not in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. 

Black Market Arms LLC does NOT accept returns on non-defective products under any circumstance.  

Note that we do occasionally have incorrect data in our product information. If a system error causes a product to be incorrectly priced, BMA reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If a system error list the incorrect item, and you have received an incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label and send you the correct item if it is available. If not, we will issue a full refund once the merchandise has been received and inspected. It is the consumer’s responsibility to inspect firearms completely for discrepancies prior to accepting the transfer and taking possession.  

We cannot guarantee replacements for incorrect items. If a return is necessary due to a Black Market Arms, LLC error, then we will provide a return shipping label.    

DEFECTIVE ITEMS  

Black Market Arms LLC ships all items exactly as they are received from the manufacturer; most items are covered under a manufacturer provided warranty. If the merchandise that is received is defective out of the box, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If there is any issue with the original manufacturer, you may contact us, and we will try to assist in any way possible to reach a resolution. If the product is missing parts or pieces, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. We are not a warranty station for service or replacement. Warranty repairs should be shipped to the manufacturer or their authorized service center.  

FIREARMS  

When you purchase a firearm or firearm receiver components from Black Market Arms, LLC you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, then you will be subject to restocking fees. We will make no exceptions to this rule.   Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if not fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. If a defect is discovered after the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.
