POLICIES:

By placing an order with Black Market Arms LLC, you are verifying that you have read the Store Policy section of our website and agree to any and all terms listed in that section. You also agree and understand that we will make no exceptions to our return policy.

LEGAL:

It is your responsibility to be aware and abide by all federal, state, and local laws relevant to you and your purchase. This includes knowing the legal status of all items including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, and accessories. When placing an order with Black Market Arms LLC, you are solely responsible for verifying the legality of the products you are purchasing prior to placing an order. You further agree that if you are unable to take possession of an item that you ordered or if your FFL refuses to transfer a firearm to you, that Black Market Arms LLC will not assume responsibility and guidelines listed in our Return Policy will apply.

Any magazines included with a firearm purchase that violate capacity laws will not be shipped, substituted or discounts given due to lack thereof.

By purchasing an item from Black Market Arms LLC, you (Buyer) agree to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any of our firearms, new or used.

Black Market Arms LLC has the right to refuse sale on any order placed.

When placing an order for a firearm with Black Market Arms LLC, you agree to the following; 

FIREARM PURCHASES:

• You have NOT been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year, except state misdemeanors punishable by two years or less.

• Your are NOT a Fugitive from justice.

• You are NOT an unlawful user of certain depressant, narcotic, or stimulant drugs.

• You have NOT been adjudicated as a mental defective or incompetent and are not committed to any mental institution.

• You are NOT an illegal alien.

• You are NOT a citizen who has renounced their citizenship.

• You have NOT been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.

• You are NOT a person less than 18 years of age for the purchase of a shotgun or rifle.

• Your are NOT a person less than 21 years of age for the purchase of a firearm that is other than a shotgun or rifle.

• You are NOT a person subject to a court order that restrains such person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner.

• You are NOT a person convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES:

• You are NOT under the age of 18 when ordering rifle ammunition

• You are NOT under the age of 21 when ordering handgun ammunition.

• Ammunition contains lead. Exposure to lead may result in health problems. Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, and cleaning of firearms, may result in exposure to lead. Use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash your hands after handling. You assume all responsibility for any lead exposure.

USED FIREARMS:

• Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. It is recommended that every used firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By ordering, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, misuse, or disregard. By purchasing from Black Market Arms LLC, you (Buyer) agree to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any of our firearms, new or used.

PRODUCT REVIEWS:

We welcome and encourage all visitors of our site to leave products reviews where applicable. Visitors leaving reviews agree to submit content that is relevant, accurate, truthful, and free of any legal violations. This includes but is not limited the rights of third parties such as copyright, trademark, privacy and/or publicity rights. Visitors further agree to refrain from using profanity, obscenities, violence, or threatening language within their posted content. Visitors do not have the right or permission to include solicitations, politics, or spam of any kind. You observe that Black Market Arms LLC has the right to monitor, alter, and or remove user submitted content that violates any of the above mentioned guidelines.

PHOTOS AND ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Black Market Arms LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Black Market Arms LLC uses stock photos for listings. Styles, accessories, and specifications vary and are subject to change without notice from the manufacturer. (EX. magazine count, cleaning kits, locks, etc) Please refer to manufacturer’s website for specifications. These changes do not constitute an approval for return.
