What is an FFL and why do I need one?
An FFL is a Federal Firearms License holder (gun shop, pawn shop, range, etc.). Online firearms must ship to an FFL for background check and transfer.
Can firearms ship to my home?
No. Firearms can only ship to a valid FFL.
How do I use an FFL?
Add your local FFL’s info at checkout. We contact them for verification. You handle transfer fees and paperwork at their location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3-10 business days after payment and FFL verification. Tracking is provided.

Other items: $9.95
AK/HI/Territories: Extra fees apply (we contact you).
Do you ship to all states?
Yes. You are responsible for knowing your state’s laws on firearms, magazines, and accessories.

All items must ship to an FFL. We will send a compliance form.
Do you ship ammunition?
Yes, subject to federal, state, and carrier restrictions (hazmat rules apply). Check your local laws.
Magazine Capacity Restrictions
We will not ship magazines that violate your state’s capacity limits.
What is your return policy?
20% restocking fee + return shipping applies. Firearms are generally non-returnable once transferred.
What if my item is defective?
Inspect at FFL before transfer. Manufacturer warranty applies after transfer. Stock photos may not match exact accessories.
What are the age requirements?
You must be 18+ (21+ for handguns per federal/state law). Age is verified during the process.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, but only from local in-person customers. No shipped-in trades.
In-Store Pickup
Orders must be picked up within 30 days or storage fees apply ($10/day).
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once delivered per carrier records, you must file a claim with the carrier. We provide documentation.
